The Yellow Springs Community Foundation is excited to celebrate the last month of Summer in the Community Space @ Short Street just outside our office in downtown Yellow Springs with a vibrant music series. Partnering with Mad River Theater Works to bring this series to life, each free concert will bring great talent to the closed public space on Thursday evenings in August.
August 2025 line up w/ all concerts starting at 7PM:
August 7th - Joe Waters - Dayton area musician, Telluride Blues Challenge Winner
August 14th - Neutrals - percussion duo based in Dayton combines Rust Belt underground upbringings
and classical training into a contemporary ensemble firmly grounded by their Midwestern roots.
August 21st - Tronee Threat - Rapper, writer, filmmaker, fitness coach and activist
August 28th - Rick Good and Sharon Leahy - The creative team of Leahy and Good began making art in the 1980s and has proven, through the course of the past forty years, to be prolific, eclectic, inspiring and entertaining.
