Executive Search and Coaching is looking for a part-time Recruiting and Marketing Assistant to support Melissa Mirenda in running a boutique recruiting and coaching business in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
The idea candidate will be someone (preferably a college student) who can work 2 days a week (5-10 hours a week), is extremely detailed orientated, tech savy and capable with administrative tasks. Overall, need a strong communicator in writing, creative, and open learning and growing in both recruiting, coaching, and marketing fields. What You’ll Do:
Recruiting & Administrative Support
- Assist with weekly administrative tasks for both recruiting operations.
- Support headhunting efforts with research, list development, email campaigns, resume sourcing, and technology troubleshooting.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and job matching.
- Keep Google Sheets and databases updated, organize call lists, and send email blasts.
Marketing & Communications
- Write and design engaging content, including job descriptions, email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, articles, blog posts and Canva designs.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and marketing ideas for coaching and recruiting.
- Assist in website updates, social media management, and business promotions.
Miscellaneous
- Maintain daily task lists, check LinkedIn for updates, and review Google Calendar.
- Keep track of ongoing projects and end-of-day planning.
- Occasionally help with office maintenance (yes, this includes watering the plant and vacuuming—because details matter!).
- Able to embrace and support Melissa’s wonderfully chaotic brilliance!
Compensation
$15 per hour to train, $16 per hour after a month, plus bonus for performance.
Work in ‘cool’ Co-work space in either Yellow Springs or Springfield, Ohio.
